Alamo Learning Systems Now Offers Continuing Education Units as Course Credit for Its Training Programs

San Ramon, CA –April 22, 2004—Alamo Learning Systems, today announced that students who complete its world class training programs are now eligible to receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for their in class time. The granting of CEUs is retroactive for the past two years, allowing thousands of students to receive credit for their instruction. Any student or companies that have taken Alamo’s eLearning offerings are also eligible to receive credit.

The CEU is a nationally recognized method of quantifying the time spent in the classroom during professional development and training activities. CEUs provide a permanent record of training and continuing education for individuals, and allow students to submit proof of their continuing education to meet professional licensing requirements or state certification standards.
