Begin Project/Create Implementation Plan .A comprehensive implementation plan will be completed with a dedicated Alamo project manager and your staff in charge of the China operation. It is anticipated that the plan will bring the details and issues your organization has into the plan. This session will take one to two days. Establish Beijing Office.We will establish your office in Beijing with support from our operation there. A dedicated project manager based in Beijing will coordinate your move into China . This person is responsible for coordinating all the China-based activities. Create Chinese Website.Alamo's staff of experienced website designers will develop a Chinese version of your website and link it to directly to your U.S. website. (See sample below)
Localize Marketing.Translation is more than just converting text from one language to another - care must be taken to ensure that both meaning and context are translated also. Our trained and experienced staff in China will take all your current marketing communications and translate and localize them into Chinese versions. Our staff is very experienced and competent in this process and can have all your communications translated in 30-60 days. Sign Agreements with Channel Partners.China is a very large and diverse country; to service it effectively you need access to partners with the right contacts. Recruit and Train StaffWhen you are ready to market and sell your products, the Alamo project manager will recruit and train all staff required for the operation. Staffing requirements will be based on the volume of business that the operation is doing. Marketing and SalesAlamo 's project manager will work with your staff and channel partners to get your sales rolling. We will ensure your product gets in the hands of the right decision makers at key companies. Public Relations.Alamo's experienced PR professionals will create and launch an extensive PR campaign in all major cities throughout China . Our PR contacts include major television stations, newspapers and magazines. We guarantee that you will receive coverage of your organization and products. Register Business in ChinaAlamo's Chinese legal council will complete all the necessary requirements for business licensing and incorporation in China . This simplifies the operation and ensures that your business rights and privileges are protected.
