ISO 9000 Awareness eLearning

Alamo's ISO 9000 Awareness eLearning explains the significance of an organization's quality system and how each employee's function affects it. We identify the tasks that need to be completed for compliance (ex: writing procedures, training people, creating records, and implementing software/hardware systems). We explain the role of the registrar and its auditors, and prepare attendees for the questions they may be asked during third-party audits. As your employees become more familiar with the standard (ISO, QS, etc.) and realize the effect of their contribution on the overall system, their attitudes will transform into a more synergistic spirit.
