Plan Analysis – A process that helps to maximize success, by identifying necessary actions in advance that can prevent problems and limit damage if they do occur. The process also addresses the up-side potential of a plan or project, enabling participants to identify and capitalize on possible opportunities. Steps include:
Audience APS is appropriate for executives, managers, professional, improvement team members, and other key individual contributors. The program is most effective if small intact teams are available to work together on real world issues. Delivery APS is a full 2-day, hands-on workshop that can be conducted be Alamo's own facilitators. Alamo's trainers have extensive background to make best use of the principles taught. A train-the-trainer program is also available and enables you to make the skills a core element of your in-house training program.
