Anchors – Learn how to build a more cohesive relationship. Steps include: Build a safe environment Respect and understand each member’s contribution Trust the team and its goals Interpersonal Communication – Improve interpersonal communication skills. Steps include: Improve active listening and paraphrasing Seek understanding before speaking Consensus management Cooperation – Develop synergy that enhances productivity. Steps include: Learn how to empower self and others Proactive decision making Make choices that support the customers and company Audience Team Building is ideal for new managers, supervisors and other leaders responsible for building teams and ensuring teams produce results. This workshop is flexible and can be modified depending on the individuals level and need. Delivery Team Building is a full 2-day, hands-on workshop that can be conducted by Alamo's own facilitators.
