			Schedule Alamo Learning Systems is proud to offer AdvantEdge teleclasses that provide live interaction with participants and a facilitator, but at the convenience at your home or office. Teleclasses may be used for many reasons, including: Ongoing support and coaching for real world issues Evaluation of how AdvantEdge skills apply to the real world Evaluation of Alamo Learning Systems instruction AdvantEdge teleclasses are highly interactive and may include lecture, questions and discussion. Participate in live interactive classes over the telephone using a teleconferencing bridge system. All you need is a telephone and computer with internet hook up (home or office). PROCESS Once you’ve registered for the class, you dial into a designated teleclasses phone number at the appointed date and time. Regular long-distance telephone charges will appear on your phone bill. Next you log onto a designated URL and enter your user name and password for class materials. Then you’re ready to go. AGENDA Alamo Learning Systems will provide an overview of the designated skill, respond to questions and review the most common errors made with the skill. Be prepared to share with the facilitator your experiences using the skills. The facilitator will ask for volunteers to share their experiences and provide expert feedback. PRIVATE & PUBLIC FORMATS There are two types of teleclasses: private and public. Private teleclasses are scheduled specifically for a team, department or company. Refer to the 2004 public teleclass schedule. COST The public teleclasses are offered at no cost exclusively to those customers who have purchased an AdvantEdge eLearning web-based or instructor-led training workshop. There is a minimal charge for private sessions. AUDIENCE Teleclasses are appropriate for all levels of staff, from entry-level professionals to senior executives. The classes are designed to support and coach anyone who has taken an AdvantEdge workshop. SIZE There is no minimum and a maximum of 125 participants. Public teleclasses are subject to a first come, first served basis. TIMES Private teleclasses may be scheduled for any time. Public teleclasses are held twice a month at different times of the day to accommodate various time zones. LENGTH Each teleclass is approximately 1 ½ hours in length. DELIVERY Alamo’s own facilitators conduct the teleclasses. Alamo's trainers have extensive experience to make best use of the principles taught.
